• supporting fee earners in preparation of their cases
• legal Aid applications
• the ideal candidate will be highly motivated, dedicated, take pride in their work and have the ability to conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner
• assisting with Lexcel compliance
• attending Court and conferences
• this is a paralegal position with a potential to progress to qualification as a Solicitor in the future for the right candidate
• conduct legal research

• paralegal: 1 year
• birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

Responsibility

• to undertake the role of family law solicitor
• to undertake fee earning family work
• ensure that all processes and practices comply with relevant policies and standards
