Earnings for position office junior

Responsibility

• the successful candidate will be responsible for
• effectively managing any project delays
• ensuring dimensional controls are in place from the outset and are utilised accordingly

• completing daily site diary and issuing weekly reports as required
• controlling project to financial budgets
• produce, analyse and monitor programmes and site logistics
• ensuring compliance with Quality Control and Quality Management processes and procedures
• the co-ordination and control of the project, including managing staff, labour and sub-contractors, from the construction phase through to completion and handover to the Client
• ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety on sites as detailed within the CDM regulations
• effectively communicating with the Design Team to ensure the timely release of design information
• building and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbours as well as any other stakeholders

Responsibility

• we are currently seeking an experienced skilled labourer, who can work alone as well as part of a team
• experience as a labourer is essential
