store Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate merchandise displays, and implement efficient customer service practices
Requirements
minimum of one year of experience in a managerial or relevant role in retail
bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred, but not required
strong understanding of store operations and customer service
excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
effective communication and problem-solving abilities
