METIER RECRUITMENT is looking for employees for positions:
infrastructure engineer
Responsibility
- investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by both Service Desk and Event Management systems
- manage day to day IT infrastructure operations including downtime, 2nd line service tickets, remediation tasks and support
- remediate any 2nd line Service/ Operational/ Security alerts from our monitoring systems including 3rd party notifications
- work with multiple teams to design, implement, optimise and maintain solutions
- active Directory configuration
- manage and configure infrastructure services spanning multiple sites
- support for cyber security assessments and risk mitigation
- innovate and automate process where possible
Requirements
- domain management including Active Directory. DHCP, DNS, Group Policy etc
- excellent knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure
- experience with NGF
- excellent understanding of networking
- knowledge of Network virtualisation
- experience managing G Suite, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, 11 and Mac provisioning
- cisco ASA Firewalls
- meraki WIFI
