Responsibility

  • katchme family are looking for a Warehouse supervisor required to work in M50
  • successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, but most importantly, you'll bring a true commitment to customer service and a keen desire to help to deliver a first-class experience
  • the hours for this role will usually consist of 40 hours within the working week, however at times additional hours may be required
  • the usual shift pattern for this role will mainly consist of Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • ensure sales areas are condensed following sales in a manner that allows stock to be quickly re-listed for auction
  • ensure that stock is set out in a customer friendly and catalogue friendly manner in order to maximize sales potential. This will require a close working relationship with the catalogue manager
  • ensure any postal orders are completed by the end of the working day
  • be vigilant in the any concerns regarding any staff members performance, reporting any issues where they arise
