Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- at least 2 years' experience in nursery management or childcare
- ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of nursery workers
- experience working with children and implementing age-appropriate learning activities
- be motivated, enthusiastic, creative and passionate about early education
- be positive and embrace a creative approach to learning
- commitment to children’s education, care and welfare
