Responsibility

  • responsible for the control of cash handling and cash up procedures in line with policies and procedures set by the Club
  • assist in the development of the department, liaising with the Head Chef to ensure delivery in quality food & beverage offerings
  • you will possess a thorough working knowledge of operations and events and will liaise with the department to ensure smooth running of weddings, functions and golf events
  • assist in the co-ordination of forecasts ensuring departmental costs are in line with business forecasts
