Responsibility
- this role reports to the Senior Chemist and involves all aspects of routine analytical chemistry analysis and laboratory quality control
- mercian Science is one of the counties leading independent water testing laboratories and to help us provide our services we are looking for keen and enthusiastic Laboratory Technicians to join our chemistry section to undertake the analysis of water an closely related materials
- it includes sample preparation and processing, general wet chemistry and assisting in metals analysis by ICP, routine quality control checks, inputting results and project work
- § Assist with the maintenance of appropriate stock levels of laboratory consumables
