Responsibility
- entering all stock invoices from the purchase orders, checking the delivery paperwork and that delivery and price matches
- paying stock suppliers in advance and processing the payment in advance on sage. Attaching all paperwork for purchase staff. When advance stock is received, entering invoice via the purchase order and allocate the payment
- at the end of the month, preparing the stock and non-stock suppliers’ invoices that are on account and due to be paid by generating the payment list

- paying non-stock invoices which have immediate payment terms
- assisting all staff on sage queries regarding purchase orders, stock, orders, returns, layouts etc
- responsible for managing the Accounts Assistant and covering tasks when absent
Requirements
- AAT qualified
- excellent oral, written communication skills, interpersonal skills
- experience of Sage 200/50 accounting package
- sage 50 Payroll Experience
- reliable & trustworthy
- ability to deal with confidential data
- excellent administrative and planning skills, organised and take a comprehensive approach to managing tasks
- accounting: 1 year
