- our popular steakhouse and first venture, Cocktails & Steaks, Uddingston was established in 2017
- followed by our Scottish Restaurant & Gin Emporium Mr MacGregor’s in Netherlee
- oversee the daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all front-of-house activities
- cutler Lobster & Steaks serves fresh seafood and shellfish along with the finest cuts of beef and is located in Giffnock
- welcome and seat guests, taking reservations and managing Resdiary efficiently
- ensure that guests' needs are met promptly and courteously, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Requirements
- previous experience in a restaurant supervisory role or similar capacity is preferred
- exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for food and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
