Responsibility
- work with the existing Mer’s existing clients base to renew all service level agreements and Back office subscriptions
- further our working relationships between existing customers to drive further revenue and business growth
- achieve annual revenue & margin targets against budget
- the position is office-based reporting into the Head of Business and Home Charging Solutions
- acting as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
- manage CRM system to ensure account / client data is correct and up to date
- ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload. Diary management
- the Primary owner of a portfolio accounts ranging from SME’s to Major Blue Chips – Living by our Protect & Grow strategy
Requirements
- proven track record in sales – Account Management or similar role
- passionate about delivering best-in-class customer service
- excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organisational skills
- ability to deal competently with a broad range of external stakeholders
- fleet/Automotive Industry knowledge would be a bonus but is not essential
- worked with the Electric Vehicle Charging sector is desirable – though not essential as full training will be given
- ability to think analytically, collect and present compelling proposals that meet the needs of the client
- the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
