• to carry out weekly PI checks of products to help ensure that stock accuracy is maintained
• responsible for picking parts for hose kit orders prior to production date and for ensuring that any missing parts are communicated with procurement team so that they can be ordered in time
• take a lead role in the preparation for year end stock check and actual count
• ensure that quality checks take place on the goods received, checking correct product, quantity is correct and no faults with products on 10% of receipts
• ensuring that the new product process is followed at all times and new products are located in correct bins once received
• ad hoc project work as required
• to monitor and report KPI figures for information and review within the business

Responsibility

• chasing outstanding debt across the whole sales ledger which equates to around 500 to 600 active accounts at any one time
• allocating payments received from customers against invoices on their account accurately
• reconciling account balances
