Responsibility
- chasing outstanding debt across the whole sales ledger which equates to around 500 to 600 active accounts at any one time
- allocating payments received from customers against invoices on their account accurately
- reconciling account balances
- resolving customer invoice queries
- setting up new customer accounts
- completing all necessary credit checks
- ensuring that account balances are kept within agreed credit limits
- completing County Court legal actions as and when required
Requirements
- excellent communications skills, especially via phone
- great attention to detail and tenacity
- good IT skills
- self starter with ability to work within a small team
