Responsibility

  • we are looking for an additional member to join our small team here at Melton Mowbray Golf Club
  • we provide a full bar service and a small bar menu
  • throughout the season we also have larger meals for teams and visiting societies which are catered using an external caterer
  • the hours will be split flexibly between the team
  • previous bar and or kitchen experience would be advantageous but more important is a cheerful and hard working attitude
  • we anticipate a minimum of 20 hours per week being available during the season, with lower hours over the winter months
  • the Clubhouse is open 7 days a week from 10:00 to 21:00 over the summer months
  • the successful candidate would be required to work both as part of a team on busier days and on their own at quieter times

Requirements

  • hospitality: 1 year
