Responsibility

  • responsible for managing the service departments overall operations, to organise and process work from start to finish
  • key Holder -Responsible for open and closure of the building
  • COSHH assessments are monitored and kept up to date
  • carry out the monthly health and safety site assessment
  • planning and Scheduling work for the engineers- Services, Calibrations, Warranty, Breakdowns
  • all sales leads and opportunities to be relayed to the relevant Sales Engineer, Sales Manager
  • create proforma invoices and chase customer order numbers to submit jobs for invoicing
  • liaise with suppliers and employees for organising any product recalls

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • operations management: 3 years
