Hi there! The job is for an HCPC registered Paramedic with OSR Medical Ambulance Service. The Paramedic will be responding to 999 calls in Manchester and working with a crewmate. They will be responsible for assessing and treating a wide range of patients, including delivering babies, resuscitating patients, assisting the elderly, and supporting individuals in mental health crises. The Paramedic will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be empathetic and caring. The job location, base, depends on where the applicant lives. If they live in the Greater Manchester area, the base will be in Bolton, but if they live outside this area, the base will be in York with overnight stays in Manchester. The question is, is there a rotation schedule for the overnight stays, or will the Paramedic be required to stay overnight in Manchester for the entire duration of their employment?
