Responsibility
- work closely with Clinical Directors, PCN teams, and GP federations to understand their needs and align our services accordingly
- utilise your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate Medefer's mission and the benefits we aim to achieve
- support the growth of referral numbers by promoting the value of our services to GPs and primary care organisations
- analyse data to gain insights into service performance and identify areas for improvement
- your focus will be on understanding the challenges faced by primary care and working collaboratively to improve patient care and referral pathways though the use of Medefers virtual outpatient service
- previous or current experience in leadership roles within the NHS, such as Clinical Director at a PCN, federation, CCG, or ICS
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by primary care and a genuine passion for improving patient care
