Responsibility
- manage and resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product inquiries
- address and resolve any issues related to order processing/deliveries by liaising either with production or DHL to ensure orders get fulfilled
- communicate customer product requests, challenges, and opportunities to management
- prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and sales performance
