Responsibility

  • currently we are developing our premisses and planning to start making bread as an addition to our fresh milk bottling plant
  • this role can be part time and full time
  • pay is depending on experience
  • this job is physically demanding and very active with high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
  • mead Farm Foods Ltd is a small family run dairy farm, passionate about local people being able to access local & fresh produce
  • you need to be reliable and flexible as some shifts may have different start time and alternating every other week
  • we are now planning to expand our team further and looking for an enthusiastic and willing to learn candidate, who will be interested to progress or someone who already knows how to bake and make bread
  • it's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast moving environment and to be part of the small team supporting each other

Requirements

  • experience in food manufacturing desirable, ideally baking
  • willing to learn and develop within the business
  • the ability to work on fast moving production lines
  • have a good eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision
  • high standard of hygiene and basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment and motivation
  • forward thinking and possessing a can-do attitude
  • baking: 1 year
