Responsibility

  • part-Time Customer Service Manager
  • required from mid-November
  • min 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday
  • knowledge of Sage accounting and previous admin experience preferred but not essential
  • the role can be physically demanding, especially during peak season
  • relevant experience is required, as the successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running
  • hours are normally 9-1, during peak season November and December this increases to up to 8 hours subject to order volumes
  • this is a hands-on role within a small team, involving order processing, pack and despatch, stock management and customer contact
