- we are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a view to a partnership within twelve months. We are a busy established practice with eight conveyancing paralegal staff and modern IT up to date systems
Requirements
- five years experience
- proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or similar role
- knowledge of property law, real estate transactions, and conveyancing procedures
- strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- proficient in using legal software and computer applications
