Failure to pay the employees on time.
Payroll/HR is a shambles, for the two years I was employed there I was emergency taxed for the majority of my time as they clearly are amateurs running the show.
I enrolled in the pension scheme which they took a percentage of my wages out each month which they failed to pay into my pension and failed to pay in their contribution for 7 months which I believe would continue if I didn’t leave.
Narcissistic management, lack of communication and which they blamed the employee for.
Lack of equipment provided. (But it’s ok as we have new vans to make the company image look “great”).
I had bad news about my mother having cancer and I had 1 day off which was agreed by the manager as I wasn’t in the best frame of mind, I was then penalised with loosing overtime equaled to my contracted hours for that day as well as the basic day rate which wasn’t communicated when told to have the day off to prioritise family, as “family comes first” we are here for you. Yet i then had money worries on top of my home life.

Would not recommend, liars and theives.

Fail to pay employees on time, poor communication which is always blamed on the mechanic. They take hours off you and never replace damaged equipment
