- scholars School System is a project of UK CURRICULUM & ACCREDITATION BODY having campuses across the United Kingdom, is looking for a HR & Admin Officer for the Birmingham branch

- providing full HR generalist support in a similar higher education setting on all administerial, operational, and strategic HR activities, all in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice
- over 5000 learners have successfully completed their learning journey in the last five years with the current student population is over 3000
- support induction processes for new staff
- assist with the Recruitment process including publishing and removing job ads, scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates, responding to enquiries, and issuing offer letters and contract
- maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

- communicate with Manager to be aware of all staff needs both present and future
- keeping the record of staff leaves, requisition forms and other forms as required
- maintaining and monitoring all relevant data in relation to staff
- update all policies, handbooks and relevant documents
- another ad-hoc HR projects / research as needed
Requirements
- bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- CIPD level 5
- minimum of 1 year of HR experience within Higher Education in the UK
