- this is the perfect role for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, having worked in a Handler or Broker type role or within the Commercial Claims sector, looking to move into a new and exciting role within an established, market leading insurance broker

- obtain claims reports from colleagues
- ensure all requests from clients are dealt with promptly, correctly, and efficiently within Marsh Commercial’s regulatory guidelines for compliance

- an integral part of the role is the creation of risk- presentations to Insurers and the negotiation of terms for the book of accounts provided in line with client requirements
- we offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis
- serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience

- previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler / Client Advisor / Account Broker
- previous Insurance Account Management experience ideally within Commercial
- excellent organisational and analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- insurance knowledge is desirable although strong customer service coupled with excellent communications skills will be considered
- commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products is essential
- commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products or experience within other areas of insurance, i.e Claims
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- experience servicing High Net worth Clients is advantageous however Personal Lines or Commercial will be considered
