Avoid Mark Ross Motors at any cost. This dealership sources their cars from mainland auctions, performs shoddy repairs, and then sells them at a premium price. Do not be deceived by the charming demeanour of (deleted by the administrator); aftercare is non-existent.
We purchased two cars for our daughters from Mark Ross Motors, and both have been in and out of our local garage soon after purchase. The most recent issue is a snapped timing chain on the Hyundai i30 (bought at the end of April 24) which broke the engine – this is still ongoing. Calling (deleted by the administrator) for assistance is useless; he is rude and dismissive, refusing to take any responsibility and hiding behind a company called Warranty Solutions.
All repair claims must go through Warranty Solutions. When facing issues with your car, your local garage is required to provide proof to Warranty Solutions by taking pictures and videos of the fault. This requirement can sometimes be challenging to meet. While (deleted by the administrator) claims going through Warranty Solutions is for customer convenience, it is actually designed for Mark Ross Motors convenience so they do not have to deal with customer complaints.
Shame on you for taking our and our daughter's hard-earned money and giving us junk in return.
