Responsibility
- marine Resources are seeking an experienced Production Manager to play a key role in the build of high end vessels
- experience within a furniture/joinery environment, CNC and or finishing/paint alongside knowledge of LEAN practices working with 5s/7s is highly desirable
- lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team
- set and achieve budgeted production volumes, while efficiently managing resources
- develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing strategies to improve performance in manufacturing KPIs
- coordinate production schedules to ensure timely project completion
- ensure strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications
- this role will involve day-to-day management and leadership of the production team to achieve the budgeted production boat volumes and maintain levels of efficiency
