MAP ACCOUNTING is looking for employees for positions:
bookkeeper
Responsibility
- perform daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries
- prepare monthly profit & loss and Balance sheets and analyses on a regular basis to support decision making processes
- coordinate with internal departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional initiatives
- ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies
- collaborate with external team during preparing accountants and provide necessary documentation and explanations
- identify the areas for process improvement and implement efficiency enhancements in accounting procedures
- participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the senior management
- conduct inter company reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across all company entries and investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances in intercompany balances
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- ACCA Part / full certification preferred
- proven experience in financial management and accounting principles
- strong knowledge of accounting software and systems
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
