- work independently and alongside our lead Florist to help create beautiful floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions
- assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their preferences and budget
- maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring all displays are attractive and well-stocked
- manage inventory levels of flowers, plants, and supplies
- sell additional products such as vases and gifts to enhance customer experience
- stay updated on floral trends and techniques to continually improve skills and offerings
Requirements
- qualified Florist level 2 or higher
- previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A genuine love for gardening and knowledge of different flower types is advantageous
- ability to work well under pressure during peak seasons while maintaining attention to detail
- A creative mindset with an eye for colour combinations and design aesthetics
