• we are looking to hire a hard working adaptable person, who will fit into a fast paced environment with many different responsibilities and duties
• handling day to day operations
• diary management
• create tenancy agreements via our software
• be responsible for general office housekeeping
• arrange photography, inventory and certificates appointments with contractors
• be responsible for petty cash
• utility and services management, including gas, electric, water and council tax
• arranging property viewing and survey appointments
• filing office general office paperwork
• to create brochures, flyers, marketing material, window cards, organise EPCs, place properties on the internet
• conduct comprehensive referencing and right to rent checks to qualify potential renters

Requirements

• excellent organisation skills
• excellent organisation and communication skills
• ability to multi task, work alone and under pressure

• diploma in Estate Management
• bachelor’s in Business Administration
• certificate in Rental Property Management
• 1 year+ property manager experience required
• property Management: 1 year
