Responsibility

  • prepare for guests by cleaning the front of house and restocking inventory
  • take drink orders from customers
  • this includes writing orders on paper orders with prices and descriptions of items in order to obtain payment from customers
  • collecting payments from customers while maintaining professionalism is necessary to maintain our reputation as a premium restaurant
  • serve guests by giving orders to customers while ensuring a premium dining experience for both guests and team members
  • put away dishes when closing down tables at the end of the meal
  • check in guests for food or beverage orders. This includes setting up dining room chairs, placing tableware on table, removing plates and silverware when finished, opening menus, etc
  • clean the front of the restaurant front desk throughout the day so that it looks clean and professional by going through cleaning duties at certain stations throughout the day

Responsibility

  • assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the culinary team
  • full time and part time available
  • friday to Saturday 4-11
  • assist in preparation of all food items, including cooking, chopping, peeling, cutting, frying, baking and baking-in-place
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • collect and sort deliveries
  • monitor food preparation and packaging to ensure that it is done in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and portion sizes
