Requirements
- strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and investment analysis, particularly in real estate
- knowledge of real estate markets, property valuations, and financing structures
- expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree and professional qualifications are preferred
- experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role, within real estate investment or a related industry
Responsibility
- advise the CEO and senior management on financial performance, investment strategies, and business risks
- manage the company's accounting, auditing, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards
- ensure that all transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing deals, are accurately recorded and reported
- oversee the recruitment, training, and development of finance staff to support the company’s objectives
- reports To: Chief Executive Officer
