  • an exciting, new opportunity has arisen for a rapidly growing Property Management Company
  • managed Partnerships is responsible for residential blocks, ensuring there is smooth running of the necessary communal services
  • this job will include, but not be limited too
  • developing effective working relationships with Directors, Residents, Leaseholders and Landlords
  • carry out property inspections, ensuring health and safety are maintained
  • assist with preparing annual service charge budgets
  • sourcing Contractors to undertake maintenance
  • support any on site and off site caretaking staff
