Responsibility
- manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages
- identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the appropriate methods/tools
- assist our Digital Marketer with social media promotions and blogging to maintain a strong online presence
- handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
- you may be required to carry out additional tasks outside of the customer service role
- out-bound calls to existing and potential customers
- process orders, bookings, and arrange parcel deliveries and returns
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service representative
- strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- willingness to learn about CBD and related products
