Responsibility
- to provide support to the managers in any administrative duties
- ensure that all documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive
- maintain and accurately update all documentation, drawings and specifications and filed at the correct revision
- ensure that the document management process is applied through to between project teams or transition to operations
- application for services disconnection or upgrade or new services for new developments
- printing drawings or sending for A1 printing when requested
- ensure that documents are well checked, do not have typographical errors and other types of errors that may lead to the disqualification of a document
- dealing with all utility bills for our developments until properties are handover to maintenance department
Requirements
- must have at least 5 years experience working within construction organisation in an administrative role
- to be able to record and report accurately
- able to work using own initiative, plan and prioritise workload, and contribute own ideas to support senior management
- A good standard of MS Office skills
