Requirements
- responsible for ‐ all Licensing, Employment, CCTV, Fire and Health & Safety legal compliance
- to adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures
- supervision of Head Chef’s kitchen cleanliness, Food Safety and Food Hygiene
- to gain a 5* rating from the EHO for our food operations
- health & Safety management including legally required training/risk assessment adherence and equipment maintenance
- to review and correct where necessary adherence to agreed systems
- contribution to budgeting decisions with the Finance Director
- to be in the business and present operationally when the building and ground is busy with high trade and VIP events
Responsibility
- driving management and department meetings and staff briefings
- to attend all relevant Macclesfield FC staff meetings
- ensuring department managers are fully effective and productive
- to attend and contribute to all relevant training for Macclesfield FC Staff
- to comply with all legal and good practice in relation to staff grievance and disciplinary situations
