Responsibility
- diagnose and repair vehicles at the roadside efficiently and effectively
- ensure the safety of yourself, the customer, and other road users while working on vehicles
- provide excellent customer service, offering reassurance and support to drivers
- use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve issues
- keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used
- maintain your vehicle and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order
- stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
- maintain M4's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are always road-ready
Requirements
- proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic
- strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge
- full driving licence
- excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- minimum age of 25 years due to insurance requirements
- clean driving record preferred
