Responsibility
- we are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join our team, due to continued growth
- architectural Technologists of all levels are encouraged to apply
- collaborate with clients to determine their design needs and preferences
- create architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design software
- develop detailed drawings and blueprints for construction projects
- create existing and proposed drawings from surveys
- ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- produce effective working drawing packages
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- proven experience in architectural design, in the home extensions and loft conversions
- proficiency in CAD software
- proven experience in architectural design, in HMO and change of use
- strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- minimum of 2 years industry experience
- relevant architectural/ construction focussed qualification
