- liaising with and managing contractors on on-site projects
- mar Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the hotel team
- overseeing Health & Safety for the property
- the hotel is set within a tranquil 240 acre woodland estate with 53 individually designed bedrooms, estate lodges, a championship golf course, spa and swimming pool plus both fine dining and casual dining
Requirements
- in-depth knowledge experience of health & safety, compliance, legislation, legionella
- capex experience
- ability to manage various size projects
- relevant qualifications including Health & Safety
- flexible to work shifts including at the weekend
- passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience
- pride in your work and a hands on approach
- ability to attend emergency callouts
