  • management of customer complaint investigations, RCA, corrective and preventative actions
  • ensuring that the facility is “audit ready” and working within all customer standards to produce safe and legal products
  • ensuring that the HACCP plan, QMS, Integrity requirements are all fully installed into the daily working processes
  • management of site pest control and ensuring that all non-conformances are communicated and closed out. Recording of all actions
  • producing and selling quality cheeses and speciality foods from carefully selected producers since 2004, you will be joining a passionate business who pride themselves on delivering consistently exceptional quality to their customers
  • management of internal site audits – GMP/fabrication/QMS in line with the schedule and ensuring that all non-conformances are communicated and closed out

Requirements

  • BSc in Food Science or equivalent related discipline
  • experience within the food/dairy manufacturing industry
  • minimum Level 3 HACCP
  • knowledge of BRC and Retailer Code of Practice
  • audit Experience and possible auditor certificate
  • A good eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work
  • commercial & Financial awareness
  • A positive and innovative attitude
