- management of customer complaint investigations, RCA, corrective and preventative actions
- ensuring that the facility is “audit ready” and working within all customer standards to produce safe and legal products
- ensuring that the HACCP plan, QMS, Integrity requirements are all fully installed into the daily working processes
- management of site pest control and ensuring that all non-conformances are communicated and closed out. Recording of all actions
- producing and selling quality cheeses and speciality foods from carefully selected producers since 2004, you will be joining a passionate business who pride themselves on delivering consistently exceptional quality to their customers
- management of internal site audits – GMP/fabrication/QMS in line with the schedule and ensuring that all non-conformances are communicated and closed out

Requirements
- BSc in Food Science or equivalent related discipline
- experience within the food/dairy manufacturing industry
- minimum Level 3 HACCP
- knowledge of BRC and Retailer Code of Practice
- audit Experience and possible auditor certificate
- A good eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work
- commercial & Financial awareness
- A positive and innovative attitude
