Responsibility
- respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or chat in a timely and professional manner
- the ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail
- build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our brand
- ensure accurate and timely order processing and follow-up with customers to ensure their orders are delivered as expected
- manage customer complaints and concerns, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise
- collaborate with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless customer experiences
- identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, ultimately increasing revenue and enhancing the customer experience
- we are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for our luxury brand
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury brand or related field
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of customer communication styles
- strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer inquiries and find solutions quickly
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- passion for luxury products and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
