Responsibility
- utilising NAV Dynamics and business central
- implementation and management of third-party EDI, CRM and ERP systems
- the Junior IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing improvements to operating systems and IT infrastructure, whilst using the latest tech to drive efficiency
- building and developing M365 best practice including managing user adoption and training, ensuring all users are on the latest operating systems and latest software
Requirements
- experience within a similar role, with excellent customer service skills
- up to date knowledge of IT, including M365 suite, en-prem and cloud server infrastructure and network infrastructure
- self motivated and proactive
- A quick learner with ability to map out and simplify processes
- understanding of Dynamics Nav/Business Central and Hubspot is desirable
