- prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences or breaches of security protocols
- maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while on duty
Requirements
- previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred
- strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies
- certification in first aid is highly desirable
- proficiency in operating CCTV systems is advantageous
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
- ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- A valid SIA licence is required for this position
