Requirements

  • previous experience in a professional kitchen setting is preferred

  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • wear required clean and laundered uniform, and have high personal hygiene standards. For H&S have minimal jewellery as per professional standards
  • culinary degree or certification is a plus

Responsibility

  • undertake recording of details, such as temperature, quantities, expiries, maintenance as required Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly schedules
  • ensure that all food stocks are labelled, dated, stored & rotated as necessary, on FIFO and HACCP principles. Implement and ensure the system followed for signing-out items from Kitchen Stores into operation
  • prepare food and ensure that all the highest standards are maintained in quality of food, temperature, its safe production, presentation and its timely plating / display to be served
  • ensure all areas, machinery and equipment are clean, participating in ensuring standards are consistently achieved
  • participate in Health & Safety policy of the Company & report any hazards that you may encounter to your Line Managers
  • at all times ensure that company hygiene and safety practices are carried out, and that daily and deep cleaning schedules are completed

lifeguard

Requirements

  • national Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • valid driving license
  • first Aid certification
  • pool Plant Operator
  • fire Safety
  • manual Lifting

Responsibility

  • lead a team to deliver outstanding guest service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
  • prepare and set-up areas for Wellness services and activities / experiences
  • ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and maintained to the highest standard, following health & safety procedures and SOPs
  • liaise with and support Housekeeping as required for scheduled deep cleaning of Wellness areas and facilities
  • liaise with third-party service providers as required/advised by Line Manager for the upkeep of plant, equipment, machinery, interiors and FFE
  • conduct routine maintenance checks, manage pool plant operations, and uphold safe use of all equipment and facilities
  • oversee daily operations of wellness facilities including wellness barn reception, massage huts, pools, sauna, ice baths, gym, changing rooms, lockers, and cow barn mezzanine
  • supervise poolside activities, ensure lifeguard duties and first aid readiness, and maintain emergency procedures

technician

Requirements

  • energy, a can-do attitude
  • able to work alone or with others, with good people skills
  • a natural with livestock
  • livestock and housing checks, cleaning, maintenance and care
  • assisting with the running of our micro dairy including milking our dairy shorthorns
  • lambing and calving duties
  • grazing and land management
  • general farm work – tractor and machinery experience required

Responsibility

  • ensure that all food stocks are labelled, dated, stored & rotated as necessary, on FIFO and HACCP principles. Implement and ensure the system followed for signing-out items from Kitchen Stores into operation
  • undertake deep cleans as scheduled by Line Management
  • clear service areas of used crockery, cutlery, glassware, service dishes and washing, drying and storing / restocking as directed / Standard Operating Procedures
  • ensure all areas, machinery and equipment are clean, participating in ensuring standards are consistently achieved
  • participate in Health & Safety policy of the Company & report any hazards that you may encounter to your Line Managers
