- we are looking for an experienced Head Chef to take on a hands-on management role within our kitchen
- this is new hospitality venture in Lancaster, making this a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- the ideal candidate will have experience managing fast paced, high volume kitchens in a calm and organised fashion, as well as training new staff, managing orders and rotas and looking for innovative ways to increase GP, reduce waste and create a positive work environment
- as this is a completely new business, we will welcome your skills, experience and input in order to develop a thriving, efficient and ultimately successful kitchen team
Requirements
- very efficient time management

- achieving and maintaining a 5/5 food hygeine rating
- managing orders, invoices and stock taking
- flexibility with hours
