Requirements
- previous experience in culinary arts or other related fields, college degree preferred but not required
- must be able to work alongside the exec chef / owner
- must have experience in a similar position managing food costs etc
- ability to work well under pressure, with attention to detail and accuracy in preparation, packaging and presentation of product
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks requiring attention to detail
- must be able to work weekdays and weekends if needed
- chef: 1 year
- cooking: 1 year
