meet and greet patients for booked appointments - ensuring they are met in a professional and considerate manner
provide exceptional customer service at all times
providing proactive support to the whole team
call handling and bookings. Cancelling & rescheduling appointments as necessary
responsible for taking payments, including daily reconciliation processes
ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
Requirements
previous experience in customer service is ESSENTIAL
ability to follow direction and processes with a ‘can do’ attitude
previous administration experience advantageous
good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages
you will need to have proven outstanding customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both patients and practitioners. You must be a team player
this role would suit someone who has experience in a similar aesthetic business – or from a spa, hairdressing, and/or beauty background. An interest in aesthetics is mandatory
customer service: 2 years
excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. You will be required to remain calm in situations of high pressure. Multi tasking is essential
