receptionist
Responsibility
- meet and greet patients for booked appointments - ensuring they are met in a professional and considerate manner
- provide exceptional customer service at all times
- providing proactive support to the whole team
- call handling and bookings. Cancelling & rescheduling appointments as necessary
- responsible for taking payments, including daily reconciliation processes
- ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
Requirements
- previous experience in customer service is ESSENTIAL
- this role would suit someone who has experience in a similar aesthetics clinic
- ability to follow direction and processes with a ‘can do’ attitude
- previous administration experience advantageous
- good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages
- you will need to have proven outstanding customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both patients and practitioners. You must be a team player
- customer service: 1 year
- excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. You will be required to remain calm in situations of high pressure. Multi tasking is essential
