Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years Relevant experience working in a project management role
- A relevant professional qualification in building eg engineering; architecture or surveying
- A relevant degree, or 3rd level qualification, in a relevant discipline eg, built environment conservation, town & country planning, environmental, architecture, engineering
Responsibility
- prepare and submit funding applications to funding and other relevant bodies to support the delivery of the Programme Action Plan
- prepare a Programme Action Plan setting out the key actions, activities, resource implications, timescales to acquire , restore and revitalise 2-3 heritage at risk properties within the target area
- title: Heritage Project Manager
- liaise and engage with the Architectural Heritage Fund throughout the delivery of the Programme Action Plan
- develop a project pipeline of activities relating to each of the target heritage-at-risk buildings by defining and progressing the actions relevant to each of the said properties in line with the overall Programme objectives
- contract: 3-Years Fixed-term
- initiate the necessary technical and specialist assessments for each of the target properties in line with the agreed Programme Action Plan and overall objectives of the Heritage Development Trust Programme
- manage all budgets and budget activity related to the Programme in accordance with the Trust’s financial policies and protocols
