Requirements
- understanding and experience of successful project management, including project planning, implementation, monitoring performance against targets, and conducting evaluation
- experience of setting up and managing productive working partnerships with programme stakeholders from different sectors
- experience of programme innovation, design and development
- skills and experience of line management
- knowledge and understanding of the youth employability sector
- skills, experience and confidence in facilitating group conversations and activities for adults
- experience of a management information system or database and setting up data collection and reporting mechanisms
- excellent telephone manner and able to communicate effectively with a range of callers
