- our properties pride themselves with their prime locations in major destinations worldwide. London offers five Citadines serviced apartment hotel residences in Holborn, South Kensington, Trafalgar Square, Barbican and Islington
- we are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping department at our iconic Citadines Trafalgar Square London property with 187 rooms
- managing two employees and overseeing external workers through our outsourced partners, you and your team ensure the property is presentable to our guest standards
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
- A good understanding of versatility and the ability to apply this competence on the job role
- proficient level of IT systems
- plan, organise, lead and manage the housekeeping function from employee lifecycle, stock management, guest standards etc
- ensure collaborative approach with other departments in the property and the wider group
- excellent knowledge in Health & Safety and COSHH
- manage the breakfast offering at the property through staffing, ordering, food handling standards etc
- ensure health & safety compliance with staff, work processes, training and the company's requirements
