- maintain a clean and luxurious reception area that reflects the high standards of the clinic
- assist with administrative tasks, including payment processing, client records management, stock ordering, and room preparation
- create visually appealing marketing materials such as posters and flyers using “Canva”, ensuring all designs align with the clinic’s branding
- write and schedule email marketing campaigns to keep clients informed about new treatments, offers, and beauty tips
- help maintain our high standards by paying close attention to detail in all aspects of client service and clinic presentation
Requirements
- proven experience in a customer-facing role
- A sharp eye for detail with a commitment to delivering a flawless client experience
- ability to design marketing materials using Canva and a flair for creating attractive, on-brand visuals
- experience with email marketing, including crafting compelling content and managing email campaigns
- strong sales skills with the ability to upsell treatments and convert inquiries into bookings
- A friendly, professional, and bubbly personality with a passion for customer service
- excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- front of House / Receptionist: 2 years
