Requirements
work experience in a similar senior level position
master’s degree qualification in Construction / Estates/Facilities / Engineering or equivalent
substantial track record of delivering complex change in a senior leadership role
proven leadership skills with an ability to make tough decisions and is openly optimistic about achievement of goals
significant experience in developing business cases and managing and delivering complex major capital projects
advanced project management skills/experience with a track record of delivering agreed projects to time, cost and quality
extensive professional experience of developing organisational policy and operational plans and proposals
proven work record of successfully managing risk to consistently achieve high standards and comply with statutory & mandatory requirements
Responsibility
accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation
responsible for maintaining standards and regulatory requirements and lead the emergency response team for all facility issues
provide a high level of property maintenance knowledge. Position has overall responsibility for maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection
